Jacqueline was born and raised in Vanderhoof, B.C. She attended and graduated from the University of Northern British Columbia with a Bachelor’s of Art (literature)(2004). Jacqueline was then accepted and attended the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law and graduated with her Juris Doctor in law (2008).
Jacqueline completed her articles in Smither’s, B.C., under the direction of a reputable sole practitioner. It is during this time that Jacqueline developed her passion for family law.
Jacqueline was called to the Bar of B.C. in October 2011. She began her career as a Crown Prosecutor with the Attorney General (‘A.G’). She then branched out with her own law corporation, practicing primarily family law files.
Jacqueline’s current focus is on family matters related to issues of divorce, guardianship of children, child support and spousal support, division of property and debt, among other legal issues common to the dissolution of a marital relationship.
In her spare time, Jacqueline dedicates the majority of her time to her two sons. As a family, they enjoy travelling, hiking, a variety of sports and spending time together.
