
Theresa was born in Vancouver, BC and grew up in the northern interior communities including Fort St.
James and Vanderhoof. She attended Simon Fraser University and graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts
degree majoring in Criminology with a minor in First Nation Studies in June 2016.
Theresa then worked in the education and justice sectors both in the lower mainland and in the interior
of BC. She also has experience working with many First Nations communities, clients, and stakeholders
in the judicial, health and education sectors.
In 2020, Theresa graduated with her Juris Doctor degree from Thompson Rivers University Law school.
In February 2022, Theresa was called to the Bar of British Columbia.
In her spare time, Theresa enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to travel, camp, and spend time outdoors.
